Debate and Reception ‘Improving Air Quality in the UK: How Can Hydrogen and Fuel Cells help?’
“Improving Air Quality in the UK: How Can Hydrogen and Fuel Cells help?’” will be held on Wednesday 3rd May 2017. This event - co-hosted by the All Party Parliamentary Group for Intelligent Energy (APPGIE), the All Party Parliamentary Group on Air Pollution and the UK Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association (UK HFCA) - will explore the implications of air pollution and potential solutions, particularly through hydrogen and fuel cells.
The debate will be co-chaired by Peter Aldous MP, Chair of the APPGIE and Matthew Pennycook MP, Chair of the APPG on Air Pollution and a range of experts and will explore questions such
• What are the impacts of Air Pollution on health, and what are the trends?
• How is UK performing and why did the European Commission issue a final warning?
• How can innovative solutions, such as hydrogen and fuel cells, help?
• What can Government do?
